This particular scene was interlaced, so I used QTGMC to interlace and double the FPS at the same time. Then just a normal upscale with AHQ and default settings afterwards.

Didnt particularly worked on this, but for others its usually just a regular QTGMC deinterlace and Artemis HQ. Rarely tweak the settings, actually.
